Our Mission

Since 2005, The Dapplegray Booster Club has helped guarantee the highest quality of education for Dapplegray Elementary School’s transitional kindergarten through fifth grade student population. Specifically, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Booster Club fundraises and provides funding for both short and long term capital needs as well as programs not currently funded through other sources.

In conjunction with Dapplegray administrators, faculty and families, the Booster Club strives to ensure the welfare and academic excellence of all students. The Club’s main goal is to support and create a comprehensive learning environment that inspires creativity, encourages positive character attributes and promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of each child.

Each year the Dapplegray Booster Club board members outline an ambitious fundraising strategy to supplement the shortfall of district funding, with an investment in each student of over 300 dollars. Technology in the classroom, Performing Arts, educational supplies, Art at Your Fingertips, Arts Alive, The Walk Through Assemblies, Field Trips, Campus Maintenance and so much more are made possible through the generous donations of the Dapplegray Colt families and our community business partners.

We believe these programs and services are fundamental to the learning environment at Dapplegray Elementary and encourage every family to donate whatever they can. Additionally, your involvement in the booster club events and programs helps strengthen the Colt community and is a priceless investment in the future of our children.
